This policy explains how Electric Gates GC collects and uses personal information through this website, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request a quote we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb and a description of the job. If you call us, our phone system records the number you called from and the time of the call.

Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel) that set cookies and record how the site is used, such as pages viewed and buttons pressed. They do not receive the contents of the quote form.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out the work, and to understand which parts of the site help people get in touch. We do not sell your information. We may pass your enquiry to the tradesperson who will do the job.

Keeping it safe

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that keep the data secure.
